The return of the products must be made no later than 15 days from the day of receipt by the customer and must be accompanied by all the necessary documents (proof of retail sale.). The customer has the right to return the product either because there is a problem with the product (defective), or because there was a problem in the ordering / shipping process.

Returned products must be in perfect condition with all accompanying accessories and unused.

Unacceptable returns:

Beyond the period of 15 days from their delivery, Crafty Romance does not accept the return of the products.

No returns are accepted for:

RETURN METHODS

In the case of the company’s fault: (wrong order preparation, problematic product, etc.) the cost of return transport is borne by the company.

MONEY RETURN

The refund amount will be determined after checking the overall condition of the product and packaging.
The refund is made according to the payment method at the time of purchase, i.e. either by cancellation of the credit card charge, or by refund via bank account deposit, or by issuing a credit note.
